The National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC®) is an industry-recognized, portable, evidence-based credential that certifies essential skills needed for workplace success. The NCRC, developed by ACT, can be earned when participants use problem solving and critical thinking skills to apply information and mathematical reasoning to complete WorkKeys© assessments. These assessments measure “real world” skills that are critical to job success with questions based on situations in the everyday work world. Learn more about the Department of Labor and Regulation’s investment into the South Dakota workforce with WorkKeys© and the NCRC®.
